By scheduling our service, you agree to the following:

Gassed Up provides mobile fuel delivery only. We do not inspect, repair, or guarantee the condition of personal vehicles, boats, or other items. Two charges will appear on your card. A $15 delivery fee charged at booking PLUS the cost of fuel locked in at booking will be separately charged. You agree to provide safe, legal access to your vehicle, boat, etc. Fuel doors must be unlocked and accessible upon time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions. Gassed Up is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle, boat, etc. issues, faulty fuel doors, leaking systems, incorrect fuel type selected by customer, or mechanical failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service. You must be 18+ and authorized to book an appointment and approve charges. Missed appointments will incur an additional $15 fee. Wisconsin law governs all disputes.
